Wild Canvas Returns: A Unique Camping Escape with Nature, Music, and Wellness

Wild Canvas, the one-of-a-kind summer camping experience that blends nature, music, creative arts, and wellness, is back for its sixth edition in August 2025. Tickets are now on sale for the event, which runs from Thursday 7th to Tuesday 26th August, set in the scenic riverside meadows of Turvey House Estate in Bedfordshire—just 1 hour and 45 minutes from London.

Spanning three beautiful fields, Wild Canvas offers a laid-back yet vibrant escape perfect for anyone looking to unplug, recharge, and reconnect. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful camping retreat or a more energetic adventure, there’s something here for all ages.

Activities for all

Guests can enjoy a mix of complimentary and paid activities such as bushcraft, circus skills, life drawing, and kids’ craft sessions. Paddleboarding lessons are available, or you can bring your own SUP or kayak to explore the River Great Ouse. Families will love the outdoor games club, kids disco, and a charming talent show. New for 2025 is an intimate live music stage, bringing cozy jazz and folk performances to Saturday evenings.

Wellness by the water

The Nest, Wild Canvas’s wellness sanctuary, returns with an expanded line-up. Expect yoga, pilates, fitness classes, sound baths, and daily Rise & Move sessions—all set in nature. For an extra dose of self-care, the riverside wood-fired sauna and treatment tent offer relaxation with a view.

Stay Your way

Accommodation caters to every style of camper. Fully furnished Bell Tents sleep up to four, complete with bedding, outdoor seating, and fire pits. The new Nova Air Dome Tents—a spacious, pod-style design by Boutique Camping—sleep up to six and offer a luxury glamping experience. Prefer traditional camping? Pitch up in car-free fields or park in the dedicated campervan zone.

Eat, drink and unwind

Start the day with hearty breakfasts and artisan coffee. The on-site café serves up Caribbean-inspired dishes, fresh paninis, and wholesome salads. Street food comes courtesy of De Nadas Empanadas and other handpicked food trucks. Over at the Wild HQ Courtyard Bar, enjoy local beers, cocktails, and wine while curated playlists set the mood. On weekends, things kick up a notch with live DJs and music performances to bring the fields to life.
