Review | Step Out in Style This Summer With Hey Dude Shoes

Words by: Natasha Henson

For those that follow my Insta page @tashaahenson, you’ll know that I love spending time outside especially if that involves going to the beach. I live in a beautiful part of the UK, and I’m always in search of footwear that not only feels comfortable for prolonged periods but is also lightweight and perfect for beach adventures.

Choosing the right footwear in summer can be tricky, as there are so many stylish designs available, but not all of them are kind to your feet. I’ve learnt the hard way that sacrificing comfort for fashion rarely ends well, but I was recently introduced to Hey Dude Shoes. This cool footwear brand offers the perfect balance of style and comfort for anyone who loves getting out and about without having to worry about dreaded blisters or sore toes after a few hours.

Perfect for home or holiday

To give you a little idea of the Hey Dude Shoes experience, I styled the Carly Peach Canvas Slip On shoes. Of course, the first thing that attracted me to this style was the colour. I love orange tones, and they are ideal for summer outfits, especially if you’re looking to add colour to neutral looks. To say these shoes are lightweight is an understatement. They feel super light on your feet and feature Hey Dude Springlight sole technology which provides total comfort for your feet.

The style of this shoe also means that over time, they’ll distress slightly and create a relaxed ‘worn-in’ look, which is perfect for casual outfits and pairing with denim. What’s more, is you can pop them on a cold wash to keep them fresh.

All-in-all these shoes are a great all-rounder, and perfect for adventures at home and on holiday.

There is a wide selection of styles for both men and women, plus you can also save 20% on any purchases with the code: NATHENDUDE20.
