Fashions Finest Announces Online Store Launch

Fashions Finest, one of the most popular independent shows on the London Fashion Week calendar and online fashion and lifestyle site, launches online store ahead of London Fashion Week with their main website also being in receipt of a redesign. Fashions Finest celebrated the launch of their new online store with an intimate afternoon tea at the National Liberal Club hosted by Fashions Finest in-house photographer Peter Hogan on Friday, the 5th of July 2019.

Amongst the guests that joined Fashions Finest director Deborah St Louis were stylist and TV presenter Nicky Hambleton-Jones and designer Irina Bragin of accessory brand Made of Carpet which is featured in the new online store.

Deborah St Louis said: “With our 10-year anniversary I thought it was the perfect time for our site to have a revamp. However, I am most excited about launching our online shop. While we except established brands much or our work is with a lot of new and emerging designers. They are working hard on launching their careers and for many of the accolades and recognition they apply for on their journey will require their brands to be stocked in online and brick and mortar stores. Providing they are of the right calibre we are able to be, in many instances, their first or amongst their first few stores or stockists. It goes hand in hand in my vision to provide as holistic a platform as possible to launch and build their brand on. We are here to level the playing field for those facing extremely high fees associated with studying, designing and creating a career for themselves in a way that is sustainable to them. Not only do we offer a viable alternative to showcase during London Fashion Week and marketing their brand but now are also their first stepping stone to having their first or at least more of a presence on the retail side.”

Shop designer looks straight from the catwalk

Visitors to the site are able to shop designer brands as seen on Fashions Finest catwalks during London Fashion Week straight from the site. Featured in the shop are some of Britain’s Top Designer Award finalists such as British Bridal and occasion wear designer April Banbury, Central Saint Martin alumni Caroline Perino, Made of Carpet the quintessential British company known for their Mary Poppins bag as seen in Virgin Media’s Christmas advert, Linda Blisset with her unique occasion wear oozing of fairy-tale fantasies and Norwegian luxury brand Kepaza, who use geometrical shapes and lines to playfully merge them with feminine designs creating a wearable and comfortable brand with an edge while complimenting a woman’s silhouette. Designer Claud Fürst whose clutches and scarves are a favourite amongst celebrities and socialites is also amongst the exciting selection of designers featured on the Fashions Finest online store.
