I’m Tasha, a freelance journalist and copywriter based in the South West. I started my journey as a blogger and honed my abilities in writing for a number of lifestyle outlets. My passion for writing stemmed from a young age where I became a published poet at the age of 11 (not as glamourous as it sounds) and after stepping into the world of work in a recession, I quickly learnt that doing something you love certainly made life that little bit easier.
My lifestyle blog gave me the avenue to explore my loves including the beautiful South West, where I live with my husband and dog Maddie. I write about anything I’m interested in from fashion, travel and the odd sunset spamming post.
I am a skilled copywriter, working regularly with a range of clients in a host of sectors, my favourite being fashion writing!. I have contributed to national media outlets including Huffington Post UK, At Home Magazine, Womens Fitness and One Chic Magazine for interesting, quirky articles and I have even written ACCA subject text for a financial training company, thanks to my accountancy qualifications. My loves include watching a beautiful sunset, walking my dog on the beach and getting my next tattoo, yes I love ink.
I’m currently in the process of relaunching British Style Society including our new Creative Space and adding to our team of contributors, so if you want to join the team do get in touch. I hope to rekindle everything people love about fashion and celebrating individual style. I also love new fashion talent and I’m always on the lookout for new British brands and designers to showcase.
If you’d like to work with British Style Society or talk over an idea, please email me at hello @ britishstylesociety.uk and we can chat over my favourite coffee.
